WESTON SAILING CLUB - SOCIAL EVENTS SURVEY
In light of low attendance from club members at social events this year a decision was taken to poll members to establish what type of events members would like to see the club running.
Please take 2 minutes to answer the questionnaire, all responses will be treated confidentially, details will not passed to 3rd parties, it is your club so let us know what you think!

In response to :
You may be aware that I take over the role of Commodore at the AGM in December.
I have been asking people what they think I should concentrate on in my first year.
I list the items, below, that I think needs to be top of my priorities.
Please let me know if you think there are other things that are more pressing.
1. Galley Services - to find a replacement for Marlene.
2. Pound - to implement measures that ensure that people know where their boats should be parked and will allow us to identify and remove boats that have not had pound fees paid.
3. Communication - to improve the communication between the Committee(s) organising the sailing and members.
4. Event Management - to implement measures to ensure that large scale open events meet the expectations of visitors and do not cause problems for Weston Club Members
5. Race Management - to implement measures to ensure a consistent and good standard of Club Race Management
6. Results - to implement measures to get Club Race Results out on the day the race takes place.
7. Duty Manager - to reduce the load on the Duty Managers
8. Changing Rooms - Repairs, replacements, tidy up and redecorate

for sale. Lost and found, just general questions... why not give it a go?
