This long distance race will see Catamarans compete around the Solent.
- 4th June - Comprises of a short practise distance race.
- 5th June - Long distance race.
Route: Out of Southampton Water, around the Solent towards Portsmouth, over to Cowes, then to Hurst Castle, and back via Calshot.
Entry fee (£60) includes; main event entry, overnight camping (field next to club), entry to practise race on Saturday, Saturday evening meal.
Cats must be a least two handed and have SCHRS better than 1.085.
All cats must carry the safety equipment listed in the sailing instructions and must be in a sea-worthy state to qualify for entry.
Flares will be available at the club for purchase.
