Emergency contact details

All members,

While there is no single, explicit statute in the UK that says " all clubs must collect emergency contact details" there is a strong legal and duty of care requirement to have them in practice, particularly for activities involving risk or children.

With this in mind, can I ask that ALL current members log on to the Weston SC portal and review, update or submit an emergency contact name and number under your personal details if you haven't already done so. This will aid the clubs emergency policies, if something untoward happens whilst you are at the club.
