URGENT : Club security
To ALL members Due to unwanted visitors in the field adjacent to the club, it is imperative that the pound and clubhouse is kept locked and secured at all times. Southampton City Council have been made aware of situation and that the locked gate to the field has been broken to gain access. Emergency contact details
All members, While there is no single, explicit statute in the UK that says " all clubs must collect emergency contact details" there is a strong legal and duty of care requirement to have them in practice, particularly for activities involving risk or children.
